PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES

 

International event – 1st day – Thursday 30/09/2021 – Official Opening

 

In the afternoon:

- Arrival & accommodation of international participants

 

In the evening:

19.00: General Meeting: Official Opening of the Final International Event of the project

- Welcome speech by the Mayor of the Municipality of Stolac

- Presentation of delegations from 11 local communities involved in the project

- Presentation of International Event's Agenda

- Welcome dinner

- Performances of folklore dance and singing groups - presenting Stolac traditions

 

International event – 2nd day – Friday 01/10/2020 – Seminar - Presentations of good practices and experiences

 

In the morning:

1) Opening Ceremony of the "Herzegovinian fruits of the Mediterranean" Fair

 

2) Seminar:

- EU programmes and policies to increase sustainable development based on cultural tourism

- UNESCO Convention on the Protection & Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions

 

3) Presentations of traditional cultural events / festivals / fairs - by representatives of 11 local communities

- Common lunch at Fair

 

In the afternoon:

 

16.00: Sightseeing of Stolac

19.30 Common dinner at Fair

 

International event – 3rd day – Saturday 02/10/2021 - Sightseeing - Workshop

 

In the morning:

 

08.30: Departure by bus to Ravno and Trebinje

- Sightseeing of sightseeing of Vjetrenica Cave and historical center of Trebinje

 

In the afternoon (coming back to Stolac):

 

1) Workshop:

- Mapping the cultural specifities of local communities (festivities, fairs, cultural events, celebrations, gatherings,...)

- Drafting joint project proposals

 

2) Performances of folklore groups from Montenegro, Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina

3) Common dinner for all participants

 

 

International event – Final day – Sunday 03/10/2020 – Official Closure

 

09.00: General Meeting:

- Presentation of project results

- Presentation of project website

- Presentation of the Project Results Dissemination Plan

- Official Closure of the Final International Event within the project

 

10.30: Sightseeing of the Necropolis of stećaks tombstones Radmilja

 

11.30: Departure of international participants
